Being a corner unit at the quieter end of the development, it benefits from additional window light, and a large and more open covered terrace.
The development has a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room on site, and many great restaurants are within easy walking distance. About 5 minutes by car, there is the well stocked Graceway Gourmet supermarket, and plenty of boutique shops. A larger supermarket is located about 10 minutes away. A paddle board and two kayaks are available for your personal use. The condo comprises of the following amenities:
