The villa is located on a private lot in Providenciales with only a few neighbors sharing the secluded Horizon Close peek. The 2 bedroom Villa with Loft is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens that offers spectacular 360 degree ocean views, located on one of the highest points of the island.
The space
Birds Eye View villa has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plus an extra open loft room that has another 2 beds. The villa provides brilliant light and breezes from the screened in deck, pool deck and the upper-level sun deck. Because of the high location you will also feel a nice breeze year round.
It's central location is ideal for exploring the island. Around the corner you will find Rock House Resort bar and restaurant and Chinson's Grill Shack. The Graceway Smart supermarket will take around 3 minutes by car.

Our guest will have access to the entire main house which includes an open concept living/kitchen/dining area, with doors opening onto a screened in deck. From there you reach the private swimming pool and sundeck.
