Your Grace Bay beach adventure begins with this great 4-bedroom oceanfront villa! We are locating in the perfect spot to SNORKEL from the beach! No car or boat needed, just walk out to the beach. Choose to walk part of the 8 mile beautiful Grace Bay beach or dive in, swim or snorkel!! Or just sit back relax and enjoy the sea breeze and the views!!!
The villa features 3100 square ft with views from everywhere! Step inside to find a peaceful beachy retreat where ocean breezes flow through the rooms, creating a perfect atmosphere. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring , swimming or boating, or gathering for a meal, this wonderful villa offers a comfortable and inviting beach setting. Enjoy all that Grace Bay, and Turks and Caicos has to offer when you stay at our place.
The main area is set up with an open concept. As you enter you will see the carribean sea right away!! You enter the living room area with kitchen off to one side. In front of living room is a comfy sectional sitting area . Just to the right is the dining area and then a small sun room. There is also two primary suits each with a private bath on this level. From here you can walk out to the bbq area and the fabulous pool!! On the lower level are two very large bedrooms each with private bath and an additonal smaller family room. There is a lovely stone terrace overlooking the gardens and access to the pool and beach! The beach is only 43 steps from the villa!! Please text of email me before requesting a booking. We like to speak with guests before accepting a booking. We visit our villa 3-4 times a year to enjoy with our family as well!!! You will just love this magical place!!!
